4. Payments & Billing

While Vintage Communications follows industry best practices, no system is completely immune to breaches. Clients retain full responsibility for data protection measures unless a managed security service agreement is in place.
6. Third-Party Products
Any third-party hardware, software, or services recommended or procured through Vintage Communications are subject to the terms and warranties of their respective vendors. Vintage Communications is not responsible for failures or defects in third-party products.
7. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and outstanding invoices.
